Cancellation policy

Sometimes a booking is cancelled either by the client or in very rare events HS Training and in such cases we try our upmost to reschedule the training at a time that is most convient to the client. If you need to cancel a course please ensure you contact us as soon as possible, any delay could complicate rescheduling.
